Lost 5Kgs In 2Months…

Yeaaayy yeaaayyy!
I lost 5 kg almost 6 in 2 months time!
Ga sia-sia diet..Ga sia-sia almost everyday gymming..BL…
(damn those dumbbells ;-)

the “downside” of this is I need new wardrobe because everything seems to be kedodoran hiks….
wait. Did I say downside?? Ugh… no reason to complain when you have a reason to shop right ladies?!

2 weeks ago when I needed a new black pants… tried on the exact same merek..aaaaandd… huaaaa… muatnya di S uhhuuyy ;-)

    wakkk, bisa jadi model nya mybody tuhh…waduuhh kalau gue ikutan nge gym tiap hari…mo downsize ke mana..executive masih pake S euyyy (wakkakakaa)….gimana dung ngilangin males kluar nya ituu…pengen sihhh..hehehe mudah2an belly dance sedikit membantu yaaaa

    kalo aku udah capek sama yg namanya diet. turun 5kg abis itu naik 8kg :D

    Alhamdulillah Jeng bisa turunin berat badan sampe 5 kilo. Gak gampang lho….. itu sebuah prestasi. Aku juga lagi jalanin diet, Alhamdulillah turun 8 kilo dalam 4 bulan. Caranya :…… pssst…….. agak secret neeeh…… makan 2 x sehari ajah, porsinya 1/2, gak pake ngemil, minum air putih, kalo laper nyemil buah aja. Alhamdulillah dari 60 kg turun jadi 52 kg stabil sampe sekarang (Kagak pake pelangsing…….. sweaaaarrrr). Kalo Jeng dietnya dilanjut 2 bulan lagi…. pasti sama kaya aku, bisa turun 8 kg. Ayo…. terus berjuang…… utk tubuh lebih sehat, ideal, sexy n…….. keren laaaah…… Pasti org2 sekitar pada nanyain resepnya. Bilang aja resep dr. Thary….. hehehehe……..
